Some of our attitudes do more harm than good. Even though we are aware of it, we persist in these bad practices. However, there are solutions to limit their effects.

Without realizing it, there are attitudes and habits that drain us mentally and physically. That’s why it’s important to take a moment to assess habits that drain your energy. It is often overlooked, but positive vitality is essential for humans. It allows us to move forward, think, stay motivated, and most importantly, remain positive. The World Health Organization (WHO) emphasizes its importance: "Energies are essential for meeting our most basic needs." So, what are these bad habits you need to let go of in order to keep only the positive, especially in these times?

1. Stressing About Everything, All the Time

Stress can easily creep into our daily lives, especially when we fail to disconnect after a workday. Try letting go of this habit by disconnecting completely from work, reading a book, meditating, or exercising with family. Let your brain completely relax.

Try to leave room for spontaneity! Surprises can bring a little magic into your life. Did you finish work earlier than expected? Call a friend and ask if they’re available for a walk. Not everything has to be planned.
